#1: Pick a Time and Be Consistent
By far, the most important step is to just come in. If you cannot make it in daily, try to come every other day or three times a week. Make it a plan to visit on specific days of the week. By building this time into your schedule, you are more likely to form a habit you will keep.
#2: Start Slow but Push Yourself
The strength training and cardio equipment available in our facility give you a blank slate. You do not need any type of experience to really get the most out of this process. All you have to do is get started. Track how long or how many reps you accomplish your first day. Then, challenge yourself to go just a bit more.
#3: Get Some Motivation
Motivation is an important part of every workout. You need the motivation to keep going during your workouts. To achieve this, bring a friend with you and motivate each other. Keep a log of what you do and accomplish.
